The house of Dr. Zenzen has since 1636 been wine growers in Germany. This family tradition of more than 380 years stands for great experience and exclusiveness concerning the quality of wines. The Einig-Zenzen family produces wine grown in the hills above the river Mosel in the small picturesque village of Valwig in the heart of the Mosel wine region.
Grape Varietal: A cuvee of select white grapes is the base for this refreshing sparkling wine. Dealcoholized and reduced calorie.
This magnificent sparkling wine shows a light, lemony fresh explosive on the nose. A powerful clean aroma, very fruity and referred to as being medium dry.
It can be especially enjoyed as an aperitif and festive welcome drink at parties and functions. Serve well chilled before or after any meal or simply by itself. A truly ultimate celebration wine, in a dealcoholized version.
