Muse Merlot is produced using hand-harvested grapes fermented using traditional red winemaking techniques to develop structure, color, and complexity. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a proprietary, low-temperature dealcoholization process designed to gently remove alcohol while retaining the wine’s aromatic integrity, tannin profile, and mid-palate weight.
